Making complex federal healthcare reporting usable, consistent, and accessible.
CMS required multiple enterprise applications supporting regulatory submissions, administrative review, dashboards, and healthcare reporting across different programs and user roles. My work focused on creating clear, accessible workflows that helped submitting organizations complete complex reporting requirements while giving CMS teams the tools needed to review, manage, and monitor those submissions.
Dashboards for monitoring submissions, status, and program activity.
I designed reporting dashboards that help federal program teams understand submission activity, operational status, reporting progress, and the information requiring attention.
Separate experiences for compliance submitters and CMS administrators.
The Gag Clause Prohibition Compliance Attestation experience supports two distinct sides of the workflow: organizations submitting attestations and CMS administrators reviewing and managing those submissions.

Reducing friction in a mandatory process is a form of policy design.
RxDC, GCPCA, CRAB, and AADC each required submitters to complete legally mandatory reporting with confidence, and CMS teams to review it clearly. The design work was the same across all four: reduce ambiguity, scope each role to what it needed, and make compliance achievable.
